The wine making side of our business is hands on and boutique, using open fermenters, basket press, lots of barriques and no stainless steel. James Halliday once described our wines as "being made in the vineyard". We liked that and our recent medal tally suggests it is not a bad place to make them. Our wines, we believe enhance the pleasure of eating, their flavours cohabitate with good food, they don't dominate but they are also not subservient. They are partners in the culinary experience, truly "Wines Made for Eating"
