38 Days - Shiraz Cabernet Sauvignon | 2016

Fermentation on skins for 38 days has extracted complex tannins from the skins and seeds of our premium old vine Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon. The result is a wine with great depth of structure and mouthfeel, delightfully complex with wonderful savoury flavours.

Estate Grown, 51% Shiraz and 49% Cabernet Sauvignon, this wine is perfectly paired with alow-cooked osso buco with caramelised carrots and bone marrow or oven-roasted winter vegetables au gratin.

Aroma: Dark berries, licorice, davidson plum and bing cherry.

Palate: Poise and tannic detail with a long finish.
